Usage
DIRECTIONS:
Use applicator to gently apply small amount directly under the eyes. Lightly smooth with applicator or fingertip. Allow to dry 3-4 minutes before applying makeup.
CAUTION:
Use as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes with water. Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs.
